KJM Windows & Conservatories is 100%, says national survey

Andover home improvement company KJM Windows & Conservatories has been named as one of the companies rated 100% for customer satisfaction in a national survey of thousands of households.

The result comes from the independent PVC-U installers’ organisation Network VEKA which collates every single customer questionnaire from its member companies across Britain and Ireland – nearly 16,000 questionnaires each year.

Network VEKA is a unique standards organisation that only accepts the very best, most professional window and door companies, and then makes sure they stay the best.

All prospective members undergo rigorous vetting before being accepted and must agree to regular audits and training. In this way, Network VEKA can be so confident in the quality of its members' work that everyone is able to offer the organisation’s ten year insurance-backed guarantee.

KJM’s achievement was marked at Network VEKA’s recent Gala Dinner in Nottingham when the company was awarded membership of its ‘100% Club’.

“It's an honour because the award is not just the decision of some judging panel, said Mark Pearce Managing Director “It is a genuine reflection of our customers’ opinions, based on the responses of every one of them and that means a lot to us.”

The survey measures customers’ opinions on five parameters ranging from the installer fulfilling all that was promised, to clearing up properly afterwards.

Network VEKA members collectively have an average customer satisfaction rating of 97%, compared with a recognised industry average of just 83%.
