KJM were formed in December 1982, we started life as KJM Replacement Windows Ltd and it was decided that as our range of products grew over the years and included conservatories, that we changed our name. So the company was renamed KJM Group Ltd. Over the years KJM has become a well established and a reputable company, which has gained the trust of thousands of home owners and businesses alike! We have been named as one of the top five UK companies no less than five times by our peers. Our diverse range of products gives you the options that you may require. About KJM
Originally manufacturing our own windows on West Portway Industrial Estate in Andover, the company concentrated on uPVC windows as we were unable to manufacture anything else. In these early years, KJM won some substantial commercial contracts.
Over time the economics of manufacturing on a relatively small scale proved not to be cost-effective and, with many new materials becoming available, and customer trends requiring a more diverse range of products, we ceased manufacturing in 1996. This move enabled KJM to offer a much larger product portfolio. Today we can offer a huge range of windows, doors and conservatories in uPVC, aluminium and hardwood.

We, understand the principle that people may require a quotation to find out a cost and not be bullied into making a purchase.
Customer service is paramount to KJM as we rely on most of our business coming through recommendation. No one can promise that every job will run absolutely perfectly – even the best has the odd hitch on rare occasions, but we can assure you that we strive for complete customer satisfaction.
The consequence of our efforts is that more than 80% of our work comes through recommendation or existing customers returning to us again!

I’ve used KJM for a few replacement and new windows/doors over the years. Their service has always been great, particularly any after sales/maintenance required. I’ve recently had a replacement window fitted and I was blown away at the professionalism of the fitters.
Charlie, Ryan and Peter were so polite, considerate and tidy throughout the fitting. The first thing they did was put down floor protection and dust sheets from the entrance to where the window was being fitted, the last thing they did was sweep the area outside where they were working. I dare say the area was tidier after they left than it was beforehand! They truly are a credit to the company and are more than I could hope for from a local business.

Had a great team today fitting new conservatory doors as well as a new front door. Lesley and Liam, a father and son partnership did an amazing job.
Firstly the conservatory doors look amazing, they are new doors fitted to a 28 year old conservatory! The result is outstanding, so a big shout out to KJM, Lexter & Liam.
