Customers vote KJM Best in the Region – for the sixth time!

…Six-times World Snooker Champion Steve Davis presents award

Andover's KJM Group has been voted the South's best PVC-U window, door and conservatory installer for the sixth time! This is the third consecutive year the company has taken home this customer satisfaction award from a prestigious industry body.

KJM is a member of Network VEKA; an illustrious group of almost 150 companies, nationwide, that aims to provide unfaltering levels of customer service and assurance from deposit through to ten-year guarantee. Members are only accepted after rigorous vetting, and are continuously trained and audited for high standards thereafter.

Network VEKA's Brand Ambassador, Six-Times World Snooker Champion, Steve Davis, was on hand to present the award at the organisation's AGM in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Congratulating the KJM team on their repeated success, he said: “This not only represents year-on-year victories but it is, in fact, the sixth time KJM has won this category. Six years at the top is a remarkable record in anybody's business – I should know! You deserve to be sincerely congratulated on all your hard work – your customers obviously appreciate it.” “We are really proud to have won yet again,” said Managing Director Mark Pearce after the ceremony, “especially when the results are taken directly from the opinions of our customers and six wins in a row must mean they like what we are doing. We’re very grateful for all their votes and will do our very best to live up to their expectations in the future.”

With over four decades in the glazing industry, Mark Pearce has been at the heart of KJM Windows & Conservatories since 1983. Starting as a building labourer, he quickly rose through the ranks, working as a window and door installer from 1984, a factory operator manufacturing windows later that year, factory manager in 1992, and joining the sales team in 1994. Becoming a Director in 2002, and finally, the sole owner in 2010, Mark Pearce is truly a double glazing expert and has led KJM to become a leading supplier of high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories across Andover and the South of England.
