Hiring experienced double glazing sales representative
KJM an Andover based company, have been established for nearly 40 years. Our ethos has always been that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. We require a talented, experienced window, door and conservatory sales person. All leads will be provided by the company – no cold calling or door knocking required. COVID has made our industry very busy and we have an order book that takes us well in to 2022, but we require the right person to start immediately.
To be considered for the sales role you must have:
- Experienced and product knowledge within the glazing industry
- Clean UK driving licence
- Possess good communication skills and be personable
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative or with another KJM team members
We offer top rates of pay and would prefer to take the right person on an employed basis, however, we will accept self-employed application
The package includes:-
- Company car and private fuel (if required)
- Mobile phone
- Non-commissioned sales in a zero pressure environment
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- Occasional Saturday work will be required

With over four decades in the glazing industry, Mark Pearce has been at the heart of KJM Windows & Conservatories since 1983. Starting as a building labourer, he quickly rose through the ranks, working as a window and door installer from 1984, a factory operator manufacturing windows later that year, factory manager in 1992, and joining the sales team in 1994. Becoming a Director in 2002, and finally, the sole owner in 2010, Mark Pearce is truly a double glazing expert and has led KJM to become a leading supplier of high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories across Andover and the South of England.
Mark Pearce is a highly experienced specialist in the double glazing industry, having built his knowledge from the ground up through hands-on experience in installation, manufacturing, sales, and business management. Beyond his role at KJM, Mark is a keen blogger, writer, and traveller, often sharing insights on the latest innovations in the home improvement industry.
