From the very start, Charles worked patiently with us ensuring we had the right product for replacing our cottage’s windows and doors.

Next Andy ensured everything was made to measure correctly and added the touches that took the look from great to stunning.

Engineers Paul & Lennon installed the products with care and clearly they have a high level of craftsmanship.Kerry finished off the stress free process with the final tweaks needed when fitting a high quality product into a 209 year old cottage. And last but not least, Simon’s expert eye ensuring nothing was missed.

We had a wonderful and stress free experience having all our windows replaced, from the initial meeting & quote to installation.
Everything was delivered as promised and on time.

There were very various options available to us, but at no time was there any hard selling, just genuine recommendations on what would be best for our needs.

Installation was completed in 2 days and the fitters were polite, courteous and left the house clean and tidy after they had finished.

We can highly recommend KJM for their customer service, pricing and delivering what was expected without any fuss hassle or delay.

Our third time using KJM and would still highly recommend! The whole team from sales to survey to install to payment are very polite and a pleasure to deal with. The install guys were especially good, turned up on time, explained everything that was happening each day, asked questions rather than making assumptions, worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. This was phase 1 on our current house and we’ll be back for phase 2 as soon as we’re ready!

From start to finish, the team delivered outstanding workmanship and professionalism. The attention to detail on our windows and door replacement was exceptional — perfect sealing and everything operated smoothly on first use. They protected floors and furniture, worked neatly, and left the areas immaculate.

What really stood out was how considerate they were when a neighbour raised a concern. They handled it calmly and respectfully and genuinely felt they cared.

They also went the extra mile by fitting a cat flap in our new door which was really convenient and kind.

I’ve used KJM for a few replacement and new windows/doors over the years. Their service has always been great, particularly any after sales/maintenance required. I’ve recently had a replacement window fitted and I was blown away at the professionalism of the fitters.

Charlie, Ryan and Peter were so polite, considerate and tidy throughout the fitting. The first thing they did was put down floor protection and dust sheets from the entrance to where the window was being fitted, the last thing they did was sweep the area outside where they were working. I dare say the area was tidier after they left than it was beforehand! They truly are a credit to the company and are more than I could hope for from a local business.

Had a great team today fitting new conservatory doors as well as a new front door. Lesley and Liam, a father and son partnership did an amazing job.

Firstly the conservatory doors look amazing, they are new doors fitted to a 28 year old conservatory! The result is outstanding, so a big shout out to KJM, Lexter & Liam.
The front door looks classy, a great new addition to the house.
