Do you have a price list?
Yes we do for some products, although costing most of our products can require a full site survey. We are more than happy to provide you with "budget costs" over the phone, via email or fax. The more information you can provide us with, will help with any quotations prepared, so if you want to bring a photo, or take some sizes we should be able to give you a reliable cost. All we can assure you of is, if you either invite us to your home or ask for a cost over the phone we will give you a "hassle free service".
Why don't you run 50% off offers?
KJM offers the best price we can first time. Most double glazing is sold on old "hard sell" techniques often used by larger national companies, which leads to a long sales call and high pressure selling. We dont offer "Buy one, Get one free", because our products are not double the price in the first place. Getting a quotation from KJM is free and without pressure selling. We are happy to leave your home and follow it up with a written quotation. That is a promise!
What time does your showroom open?
We are open as follows: Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 5.30pm Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday: 10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday: Closed. We're more than happy to see people out of hours with an appointment while a visit to our showroom to view your possible investment is recommended.

Does double glazing eliminate condensation?
No it doesn't. Although it can substantially reduce it in most cases. Read more on condensation.
Why do I have condensation on the outside of my windows?
As the thermal efficiency of our products has increased over the years, this question is being asked much more. The better insulated the window, the more likely the outside pane will be colder and if it drops to below the air temperature, then it reaches "dew point" and condensation forms.
